Review:
I am a huge fan of Jessica’s books so when I heard she had
new book out I had to read it. And let me tell you this is one crazy ride she
has written.
Sabine lives two completely different lives. She shifts
every night at midnight to her other life and never do they intersect. Sometimes
a person might cross over but they are always different in each life. In one
life she has a sister and the other two brothers. Two families, different
friends, two totally different people that Sabine is. But things are starting
to change with her shifts. The broken arm she gets in one life doesn’t carry
over in the other. This has never happened to her. Cause the one constant in
both lives is Sabine herself. With this new knowledge Sabine starts to test
just how far she can push the limits but just has she is ready to try more her
parents in one life have her locked up in in a mental institution and if that’s
not bad enough things get even crazier for her.
Like I said this is definitely a crazy book. But even though
there is two lives Sabine lives not once is it confusing. Jessica does a great
job of making sure we know which Sabine we are reading. Each life, family,
friend, and even Sabine herself has great detail. During the times that Sabine
is shifting I felt like I was right there with her going through her routine
and waking up in my other life.
Watching Sabine try to prove to everyone that she is not
crazy especially Ethan, oh Ethan and Sabine’s connection is one y’all are gonna
love. He is definitely a special guy. But if you wanna know if Sabine gets out
of the mental institution and finally gets to live just one life you will have
to read this book. Which I highly recommend to everyone! 5/5 Bloody Fangs
