Review:

This is the first book I have read by Ashley and it defiantly will not be my last. I absolutely loved this book.

Mia is no stranger to death since her parents were murdered when she was four years old. Later in her life she is approached to become a Death Dealer she only agrees so that she can be the one to take the murder’s spirit to the dark gate. But when Mia gets the case she has always wanted but to ensure she follows the rules her partner Deacon who has his own reasons for becoming a Death Dealer is assigned to work with her again. But things don’t go as planned and the one case that has the ability to shatter Mia’s heart also has the ability to heal Deacon’s heart if he can past the fact he has to give his heart and love to his fellow Death Dealer to do it.

I loved Mia for the minute she came on the page. She is so strong but underneath her tuff exterior lays a heart of gold even though it’s broken. I couldn’t imagine going through what she has in her life but if I was given the choice she made I would do the same thing. Deacon is just so cocky but oh he also so very sexy. And when it really mattered the most he comes through for Mia and saves her but in doing so she saves him as well. The chemistry between them will burn right through the pages it’s that HOT! I can’t wait to read the next book just so I can have more of them. 4/5 Bloody Fangs
