Forsaken Blog Tour

Today on my blog I have the Forsaken blog tour. On my post there is a spotlight, review, and giveaway.

His job is to find her, not to fall for her…

Marsella Talent has been on the run for two years, ever since her father thrust a ledger into her hands and told her to run from the police swarming their family restaurant. Now, with the cops and her father’s men desperate to get their hands on the book, she knows she can never go home.

Jake never thought he’d see Marsella again, not after he helped her escape the night of the sting operation targeting her father, August Talent. So when he stumbles upon a mysterious woman named Cassie, the spitting image of Marsella, he knows he has to gain her trust to finally make up for the mistake he made years ago.

Only the closer he gets to her, the more irresistible he finds her. And soon he realizes he’ll have to make a choice—prove his loyalty by getting back the ledger, or save the woman that he’s growing to love…

Review:

This is my first time reading Sierra's work and trust me when I say I will buying more from her. I was hooked on this book from the start. It has everything in it from suspense, romance, sexy, and let's not forget two kick ass main characters. I kept turning the pages just see what was going to happen next and when I was done I was so bummed as I wanted more! I am definitely buying book 2 when it releases and going to look up other works by Sierra. 5/5 Bloody Fangs

The Wishing World Blog Tour

Today on my blog I have The Wishing World blog tour. On my stop there is a spotlight, review, tens list guest post, and giveaway.

"Whimsical and imaginative, with just the right mix of humor, heart, and adventure. The Wishing World is everything you could wish for in a story--and so much more!"--Shannon Messenger, author of Keeper of the Lost Cities

In the Wishing World, dreams are real. You can transform into your own hero, find wild and whimsical friends, and wield power as great as your imagination. But Lorelei doesn't know about any of that. All she knows is that a monster took her family.

It happened during a camping trip one year ago. Hiding inside the tent, she saw shadows, tentacles and a strange creature. By the time she got up the courage to crawl outside, the monster--and Lorelei's mom, dad, and brother--were gone.

Lorelei is determined to find her family. When she accidentally breaks into the Wishing World, she discovers a way. It's a land more wonderful than she could have imagined, a land of talking griffons, water princesses, and cities made of sand, where Lorelei is a Doolivanti--a wish-maker--who can write her dreams into existence.

There's only one problem: the monster is a Doolivanti, too. What he wishes also comes true, and he's determined to shove Lorelei out, keep her family, and make the whole Wishing World his. To save them, Lorelei must find the courage to face him, or her next wish may be her last.

Review:

I enjoy reading books with magic and adventure but when you add in a place where dreams and wishes can come true along with fantasical beasts and you have a book that will hook me. I read this book in one sitting as I just needed to know what was going to happen next. There isn't one thing I could find wrong with this book and my niece who is 8 has just started reading it and is loving it also. I highly recommend this book.

Big Shoes Blog Tour

Today on my blog I have the Big Shoes blog tour. On my stop there is a spotlight, review, 10 favorite books post, and giveaway.

Jersey Shore broker Austin Carr wants out of the stock and bond business but un-hooking from his mobbed-up partner won’t be painless. Angelina “Mama Bones” Bonacelli is best known for professional consultations that deteriorate into criminal violence, breakfast appointments raided by the FBI and one particular Power Point presentation to a Jersey state racing commission that ended in automatic weapons fire.

Good thing she likes Austin.

She just won’t let Austin out of the business. Plus Johnny “The Turk” Korsay is on a rampage and had his crooked cops arrest Luis, the bartender Austin’s best friend. Why? Because Austin saw The Turk kill Heriberto. And now he’s gunning for the stock broker.

It’s another brush with violent death and a sexy redhead for Austin Carr when Mama Bones and her rival Jersey associate of a fading New York crime family battle for the future of imported sex slaves, boardwalk tourist business and surprising horse racing secrets, past and present.

“Big Shoes is a five-star romp.”
--Rick Bylina, best-selling author of One Promise Too Man

Review:

This is one of those series that I just enjoy reading all due to the hero Austin. He is always in some kind of trouble due to either a woman or his business connections but he always keeps his sense of humor which has me laughing out loud constantly. Just like the other books there is suspense and twists and honestly I don't know how Jack keeps coming up with these situations that he always puts Austin in but I am hoping for more as I always have a good time reading about Austin and his crazy adventures. 4/5 Bloody Fangs

Curse of the Boggin

Today on my blog I have the Curse of the Boggin blog tour. On my stop I have a spotlight, review, random things post, and giveaway.

Enter the Library, where no one knows how the stories end . . . and finding out will be terrifying.

There’s a place beyond this world, beyond the land of the living, where ghosts go to write their unfinished stories—stories that ended too soon. It’s a place for unexplained phenomena: mysteries that have never been solved, spirits that have never been laid to rest. And there’s only one way in or out.

It’s called the Library, and you can get there with a special key. But beware! Don’t start a story you can’t finish. Because in thislibrary, the stories you can’t finish just might finish you.

Marcus O’Mara is a 13 year old guy at a crossroads. He constantly finds himself in trouble at school, with his friends, and with his adoptive parents. Marcus doesn’t believe things can get any worse for him…until they get worse.

Much worse.

He begins seeing strange and impossible visions; gets thrown into paranormal danger and is haunted by a mysterious ghost with a singular goal: to give him a key.

It’s a key that opens the door to a mysterious library. When that door opens, the incredible adventure for Marcus and his friends begins as they learn the truth about Marcus’ past and uncover the strange world of unfinished stories that are found on the shelves of the Library.

Review:

I love reading books that have a creepy factor to them especially around Halloween so I was excited to read DJ's new book and let me t ell you he did not disappoint me at all. This book has a little b it of everything from things under the bed, creepy boggin, ghost librarian, great cast of characters, and the spook factor. I was hooked from the first line of this book and couldn't stop turning the pages until I was done. I am really looking forward to reasing more of this series. 4/5 Bloody Fangs
